Ingredients Sales Manager



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and market Camida and its products to suitable target customers in the Food & Feed Industry.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Sales of Products to specific customers.
  • Identify and engage with appropriate vendors to Camida.
  • Creation of sales plans and cost projections for inclusion in the annual budget.
  • Sign off orders.
  • Set up of meetings with both existing and new customers.
  • Completion of visit reports arising from said meetings.
  • Assist in analysing customer SLA.s/contracts to ensure they are aligned with Camida fee schedules and are commercially sound.
  • Research, identify and explore potential new clients and actively promote all company services.
  • Report all sales activity on a quarterly basis to the Sales Director.
  • Liaise and assist Quality & Compliance Dept with Non-conformances/Customer Complaintswhere required.
  • Ensure awareness of individual responsibilities for the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, Camida customers and all other persons who may be affected by activities at work.
  • Ensure all SHE issues are complied with and continuously updated as legislation requires.
  • Take active part in a working party if requested.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by the Sales Director.


Skills & Experience:

  • Good standard of education preferably with a third level qualification or relevant diploma ideally related to Food Science.
  • Diplomatic and reasoned with credibility to influence.
  • Highly self-motivated individual who has a strong commercial awareness and focus.
  • Good communication, organisational and computer skills.
  • Willing to travel if required and work unsociable hours.
