Camida wish to recruit a Marketing Specialist to join our team in our head office in Clonmel. The Marketing Specialist will be dealing with all day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns from administration and content development to managing the website and social media platforms. Regular reporting to management with intermittent updates and reviews on all communications activities will be a major part of the role.

The Role

  • Understanding Camida and its ethos.
  • Liaise with Supplier Relationship Manager in co-ordinating the marketing of Principals products.
  • Working with consultants to create vibrant and effective campaigns.
  • Liaising with relevant industry Associations.
  • Proactively creating marketing /advertising program for Camida.
  • Reporting to Camidas Operations Team.
  • Creating Stock Advertisements.
  • Monitoring and updating of Camida website and company presentation, company structure
  • regularly, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Creation of Marketing/Advertising budget with management.
  • Planning & execution of tactical marketing campaigns within the budget allocated.
  • Create & schedule social media content across the companys LinkedIn platform etc.
  • Development of all group marketing activities and attaining sign off from Management.
  • Creating email marketing campaigns and monitoring insights and reports.
  • Ensure marketing material complies with the company brand guidelines.
  • Analysis of campaign results and communication to management.
  • Creating and curating industry related content on behalf of Camida.
  • Creating community advertising for local activities with local media outlets.
  • Creating company stationary designs, exhibition branding etc.
  • Co-ordination of Camida newsletter, event invitations, etc.
  • Other administration duties as required within marketing including possibly attending events.

Education & Experience

  • Third level qualification in Marketing / Communications / Advertising.
  • 2-5 years marketing experience is required.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask is essential.
  • Familiar with popular marketing applications e.g. Canva and Mailchimp is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing priorities.
