Senior Office Administrator 

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Senior Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting both local operations and global activities. You’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to major projects such as international trade shows and corporate events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Camida and its ethos.
  • Act as a professional first point of contact: manage communications and welcome visitors.
  • Provide administrative support including mail handling, database management, courier and logistics arrangements.
  • Coordinate the planning and logistics for numerous international trade shows and exhibitions, including working with agencies and dedicated partners on stand design, team schedules, travel, and accommodation.
  • Assist in organising key corporate events to involve team travel, entertainment, catering, and client gifting.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors as required.
  • Engage closely with our local community by assisting in the management of key sponsorships and sponsorship requests from local charities, sporting groups, arts, music and much more.
  • Form part of Camida’s Social Committee to support the planning of internal social and cultural initiatives.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees including systems access, equipment, and H&S induction.
  • Provide flexible support for broader company projects and ad hoc tasks as directed by the CEO and COO.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years’ + experience in an Administration/Event Management/Executive Assistant role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and teams.
  • Competence in Microsoft office packages
  • Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and calmly.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage events of various scales.
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional service to clients and attendee.
